Dean M. Rask, Partner
Dean, a partner in the firm’s Saskatoon office, concentrates on assisting clients with corporate matters, real estate and economic development. He has practiced law since 1993 and is a member of the Law Societies for Saskatchewan (1993) and Alberta (2006).
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in English in 1988 from the University of Saskatchewan and followed this up with his Bachelor of Laws in 1991. His diverse legal career, spanning the majority of the past two decades, has seen him appear in many instances before Provincial Courts in Saskatchewan, Courts of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan and Alberta, the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan and Alberta, Tax Court in Saskatchewan, along with various tribunals including the Liquor and Gaming Commission tribunal.
In addition to his membership in two Law Societies, Dean is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, past member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, the Saskatoon Bar Association, the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association and previously served as Chair on the Board of Directors of the Children's Wish Foundation, Saskatchewan Chapter.
Dean enjoys various sporting activities including hockey and golf.
